My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, but there were some areas that could use improvement. The rooms, though comfortable, lacked some essentials like enough fresh linen and a functioning shower rod. Despite this, the stay was decent, but I felt like for a slightly higher cost, the experience could have been better at a different hotel like the Omni.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, being fairly close to the Arboretum and convenient to NorthPark Mall and all of north Dallas. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the front desk.
